Refund, Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at rukhsarcouture@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to request an exchange.

  2. Return the original item (must meet return eligibility conditions).

  3. Once approved, you may proceed with your new order.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Policy
